Front Desk Medical Receptionist – UroHealth Partners

Do you love connecting with people and making a positive impact in their day? If so, UroHealth Partners is looking for someone like you! We're currently hiring a Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our practice.
About the Role:
In this dynamic, patient-facing position, you’ll be responsible for greeting patients warmly, checking them in, updating demographic and insurance information, scheduling visits and procedures, and collecting copays.

- Team player who works well with others to ensure front desk tasks are completed
Specific Duties Include:
- Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
- Enter and update patient information and insurance in the EHR system
- Ensure completion of required patient forms and documentation
- Coordinate and prepare charts/documents for upcoming clinics
- Understand and apply payer information accurately into the EHR
- Schedule diagnostic procedures and follow-up appointments
- Register patients for the patient portal
- Collect copayments at the time of visit
- Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
- Maintain professionalism and cooperation in all duties
- Other Duties as Assigned
Required Competencies:
- Minimum 1 year of medical office experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Preferred Competencies:
- Previous experience in a Urology medical office
