Role Description The Sales Manager role at URM Promo is a full-time hybrid position based in Kansas City, MO, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Sales Manager will oversee a portfolio of clients, develop new business opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle for promotional products and branded merchandise. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospects, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals and quotes, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring order progress, collaborating with internal teams on product selection and delivery timelines, and tracking sales performance against targets. Qualifications
