Job Summary:
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Harrisburg, PA. The primary responsibilities include assisting Medicare agents with product knowledge, customer inquiries, maintaining accurate client records, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth operational support for agents via face to face, phone, and email. The Specialist will be challenged to find new ways to better support our agent partners and help with efficiencies, resolving any service-related issues.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Daily agent support by phone and email, to include new agent trainings.
· Develop and maintain lead assistance programs and quick reference guides.
· Research Medicare changes, hot topics, and compile carriers emails for our newsletter and website updates.
· Provides rate quotes and coverage questions.
· Assists with completion of applications and other necessary paperwork.
· Organize AEP opportunities and assign them to our agent partners.
· Read ready to sell reports and provide updated certificate information.
· AHIP annual completion, along with product certification for each Medicare carrier URL offers.
· Assist contracting department as new agents onboard.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Thorough understanding of Medicare products and compliance.
· Ability to clearly explain complex Medicare offerings.
· Proficiency in using technology and CRM systems for administrative tasks
· Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
· Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment with autonomy.

The hours are Monday thru Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-1pm. We are a fully in-office position.
The position would require the individual to license/contract under URL as LOA and sign a non-compete.
