Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 per year, including base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities

Position Summary

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for selling Medicare, Pennie, Life Insurance, and Fixed Annuity products while providing exceptional service and ongoing support to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of Medicare compliance, insurance products, client needs analysis, and consultative sales.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, service-minded, compliant, and passionate about helping individuals make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a client base
• Consult with clients to assess Medicare, Pennie, Life Insurance, and Fixed Annuity needs
• Provide accurate rate quotes, product information, and coverage recommendations
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment forms, and required documentation
• Deliver policy, plan, and enrollment materials as needed
• Perform ongoing client follow-up to review coverage, answer questions, and address changes in needs
• Prospect for leads and place cold calls
• Maintain compliance with Medicare, Pennie, carrier, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of Medicare products, enrollment guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner
• Proven customer service and consultative sales abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on client needs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience required
• Medicare sales experience strongly preferred

Licensing Requirements

The following active Pennsylvania producer licenses are required:

• Pennsylvania Accident and Health Producer License
• Pennsylvania Life and Fixed Annuity Producer License

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to license and contract under URL Insurance Group as an LOA, complete required annual certifications, including AHIP and Pennie broker certification and maintain all required licenses, appointments, and continuing education requirements
• Must sign a non-compete agreement
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Fully in-office position

Work Location Requirement

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Harrisburg, PA 17110, or relocate prior to the start date.
