Duties and Responsibilities
- Being there for patient owners when they need you the most
- Communicating effectively, kindly, and professionally
- Professionally communicate in-person, by telephone, email, social networking, and fax
- Ready to give compassionate care and attention to clients in free of judgment
- Accurately and consistently tender payments: cash, credit, Care Credit, Scratchpay
- Managing appropriate client documents for internal and external uses
- Being a part of the team that makes things happen, by communicating effectively
- Maintaining clean and orderly workspaces through frequent sanitation and organization
- Rocking and Rolling – multitasking while interacting with different client personalities, calming clients during a stressful situation, and offering guidance and support to clients and the team to work through high stress interactions
- Operating standard office equipment: Fax, copier, printer, scanner, VOIP Multi Line phones
- Monitoring client support representatives general inventory needs
- Lending a kind hand when needed- offering clients drinks, tissues, assistance using tv, etc to make a stressful situation more manageable

Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 5-years customer service experience
- 1-year medical office experience preferred
- Computer literacy: Internet, Microsoft Windows based program
