- Supports PMs with scheduling, permits, order-status-tracking of job materials, and project communication
- Applies for and tracks permits and job specific COIs
- Maintains job files, provides client updates, and coordinates warranty/house books
- Supports the Project Manager and Estimators
- Provides client updates and follow-up throughout the job
- Acts as a consistent point of contact for customer satisfaction
- Coordinates with subcontractors and property managers
- Warehouse inventory of restoration and construction supplies
Requirements
- Proven experience with construction site management or project coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in construction management software
- Solid understanding of project scheduling, construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics.
- Ability to read and interpret contracts and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and regulations.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating between teams, clients, and vendors.

To perform the essential functions of the job effectively and safely, candidates must meet the following physical requirements:
- Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, sit, and navigate job sites for extended periods, including climbing stairs, ladders, or uneven surfaces.
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 pounds (e.g., equipment, files, or light materials) and frequently handle lighter items.
- Manual Dexterity: Use hands and fingers for computer work, phone use, writing, and handling tools or documents.
- Visual and Auditory Acuity: Normal vision (with or without correction) to read documents, inspect sites, and operate computers; ability to hear and communicate effectively in noisy environments.
- Environmental Tolerance: Comfort working in varying conditions, including exposure to dust, odors, humidity, or temperature changes on job sites; ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, or safety gear as needed.
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
