Job Summary
We are a private practice that is a well-established dental group with 13 locations across Indiana and growing. We specialize in providing immediate, high-quality dental care to patients across the state, offering both urgent and comprehensive family dentistry. As part of our continued expansion, we are opening new offices and seeking passionate Associate Dentists to join our team.

Candidate Requirements
- Valid Indiana Dental License (DMD or DDS)
- In good standing with the Indiana State Board of Dentistry
- Indiana Medicaid Provider Number preferred (or willingness to obtain)
