Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our urgent care team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic X-ray imaging efficiently and accurately while providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-rays as ordered by providers
- Prepare and position patients properly for imaging procedures
- Ensure high-quality radiographic images while following safety protocols
- Maintain radiation safety standards for patients and staff
- Verify patient information and document imaging accurately
- Assist providers with patient flow when needed
- Maintain and clean imaging equipment
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinic policies
Qualifications:
- Active X-Ray Technologist license/certification (state-required)
- ARRT certification preferred (or required based on state)
- BLS certification preferred
- Prior urgent care, outpatient, or clinical experience preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Per Diem - Weekdays and Weekend availability
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
