Limited X-Ray Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Limited X-Ray Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray technology within a urgent care setting. Responsibilities

• Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while adhering to strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to ensure precise imaging aligned with clinical needs, including physiology and anatomy assessments.
• Maintain thorough documentation of imaging procedures, patient information, and technical details in accordance with medical terminology standards.
• Ensure patient positioning, comfort, and safety during imaging procedures.
• Follow all radiation safety guidelines and maintain equipment calibration for optimal performance.
• This is a full-time role. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in consecutive and or non-consecutive days. Must be able to work three (3) 12-hour shifts a week and every other weekend.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Required to travel for training shifts which will occur outside of your primary clinic within a 45 minute commute

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and aseptic techniques essential for accurate diagnostics.
• Prior experience working in urgent care settings preferred.
• Certification as a Limited X-Ray Technician.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
