Job Summary
The Clinic Manager will oversee operations for an urgent care clinic, managing all non-physician staff. This role ensures the quality of patient care, maintains the clinic building and supplies, and guarantees that complete and accurate charges are attributed to each patient.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and complete onboarding processes for various roles, including front office medical receptionist, medical assistant, x-ray technician, and other positions.
- Supervise, evaluate, and conduct performance evaluations of non-provider staff.
- Partner with the Medical Director to ensure that medical care is delivered in accordance with physician instructions and that high-quality care is provided.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
- Lead and organize staff meetings, daily huddles, and in-service programs.
- Address patient and staff concerns while continually monitoring patient satisfaction through various tools.
- Ensure compliance with front office procedures and accuracy of financial transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility and ensure an adequate stock of medical and janitorial supplies.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement programs for continual improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in a medical office preferred.
- Computer proficiency.
- Demonstrated skills in written, verbal, and consultative communications.
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.) and revenue cycle management experience preferred.

Pay Range: $75k-$85k/year
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
