Urgent Care Group (UCG) is a growing healthcare network operating more than 57 urgent care centers in six states. We are focused on growing markets where we can deliver our Mission of fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare. Through acquisition and de novo growth, we are developing new centers by partnering with leading urgent care providers and health systems.
UCG is actively seeking a motivated, analytical, and creative Marketing Analyst to facilitate growth. UCG utilizes an integrated marketing strategy that focuses on data analytics and digital strategies to create an excellent patient experience.
This role is primarily remote, though candidates in the following metropolitan areas are specifically welcomed on account of our active regional growth initiatives:
- Nashville, TN
- St. Louis, MO
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Marketing with marketing plan implementation, project management, organization, and administrative functions related to strategic planning, digital marketing, communications, and recruiting.
- Implement marketing strategy for de novo and acquisition growth
- Evaluate data, identify trends, and build reports that provide analytic insights
- Execute social media advertising and PPC Google Ads, including creating content, drafting ad copy, strategy development, and optimizing budget
- Create/design content to increase brand awareness: social posts, blog posts, press release, printed materials
- Manage, update, and organize content for company website in WordPress
- Manage local businesses listings for all Urgent Care Group centers
Requirements
- Natural puzzle-solver who is eager to learn new information and skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A blend of analytical and creative skills to assist in creating and implementing impactful marketing
- Outstanding organizational skills, including proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with the UCG management team
- Cooperative work style that functions well in team settings but is also self-sufficient with individual projects and remote work
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite/design tools, and WordPress preferred
