*Financial Performance:*
Attains team membership and personal training goals by executing all areas of The URGE FITNESS sales process creating the urgency to join.
Generates dollars by collecting the maximum amount of revenues based on current club promotions.
Monitors the KPI's to ensure that each of your Membership and Personal Training Advisors are achieving or exceeding our membership and Personal training sales objectives.
Performs daily outreach to generate off-site leads, appointments and memberships.
Sets individual and team goals and hold the team accountable to those goals.
Contributes to the membership and personal training sales to ensure monthly goals are met.
Your ability to create and sustain a culture of driving and grinding to achieve our membership and personal training revenue goal, while having fun, will dictate your success.

*Team & People Management:*
Maintains managerial oversight for the overall club and staff (Front Desk Personnel, sales staff, trainers and Maintenance) and communicates regularly with all employees.
Recruits, interviews and ultimately makes the decision to hire new employees into the club
Schedules all front desk, childcare sales and personal trainers to ensure the club is staffed properly to hit their goals while staying within the parameters of the payroll budgets
Creates a positive and healthy workplace that fosters constant and never-ending improvement
Provides the time to coach, train and develop each staff member's sales and customer service skills through practice and training
*Staff Management:*
Brings the URGE FITNESS brand to life by connecting members to their areas of interest and assisting them with getting the most out of all of the services offered URGE
Proactively manages and ensures resolution of member concerns and complaints
Assists the management staff to drive monthly and yearly financial performance of the club
Ensures the Sales Consultants' image is properly maintained by monitoring their interaction with members in person and over phone, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and upholding proper grooming and uniform standards
*Facilities Management:*
Personally conducts daily club walk throughs to ensure building assets are promptly and safely maintained, offices and closets are clean and organized, locker rooms are in order (sauna temps are fine, toilets are stocked), shake bar is clean, club temperature is set correctly, TV and music are on proper stations, and the overall facility is meeting URGE FITNESS standards and is promoting our brand
*Communication:*
Meets with the management team daily to strategize on how to get the club to goal
Participates in weekly and monthly staff meetings to reinforce team building, education and communicate team's KPI's

Schedule: Full Time (45 hours)
Must be available for evenings (up until 9pm weekdays) and weekends (up until 2pm)

Here at URGE FITNESS we structure our compensation to reward our employees for their dedication to revenue growth, team development, client retention as well as personal growth.
*Benefits:*
5 paid vacation days (cannot be used for first 6 months of employment)
*Sales GROWTH Bonus:*
Quarterly bonuses available if club is achieving required sales goals for both membership and personal training.
