URGE FITNESS is looking for a sales-driven Fitness Manager to lead the Personal Training business within our club.
This is a full-time management and sales position combining Personal Training sales, membership sales, client relationship management, trainer oversight and day-to-day leadership. You'll work directly with the General Manager to grow the business, develop the training team and deliver an exceptional member experience.
Fitness industry experience is preferred, but not required. Proven sales ability and leadership potential matter more.
Compensation & Benefits:
Fitness Managers are given specific, measurable monthly sales and performance goals and are expected to consistently achieve them.
Success requires someone who is comfortable making a high volume of calls, following up repeatedly, approaching members, discussing money, overcoming objections, asking for the sale and closing business.

- Oversee URGE Personal Trainers and the Personal Training client experience
- Help drive trainer productivity, client retention and department performance
- Handle daytoday Personal Training management responsibilities
- Work closely with the General Manager to grow club revenue and achieve company objectives
- Maintain professional followup, reporting and accountability for results
