URBO | Urban Bodega and The Syndicate in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an all-star to join our team. Location would be mainly Downtown PHX, but open to traveling to our other locations for shift or event. Our ideal candidate is attentive, detail oriented, ambitious, and engaged with customers. Customer Service #1! Depending on qualifications... Starting $18plus tips ($27 per hour range) with room to grow into a salary with grow.
Responsibilities
- Prepare menu food/drink items
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Work with owner on various goals
- Receive and help Restock inventory and supplies and delegate responsibilities
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Help manager in various inventory/Menu/event planning
- Ensure $ is accounted for and helping keep the costs in line with set goals.
- Possible travel between locations
- Inventory Management
- Lead other staff members in their roles
Qualifications
- Some working experience as a barista, bartender or in service industry a plus. Loves to work with and interact with people!
