What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse associate position at URBN?

Schedule :
Monday - Friday 9 : 00pm - 5 : 30AM
Overview :
Candidate should be a motivated team player with a positive attitude and possess organizational and communication skills.
The individual should be able to function well in a multi-task environment with attention to detail, and willing to accept new and diverse assignments.
The candidate must be able to work with all organizational levels including fellow-employees and management.
Candidate will Perform warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, laundry, returns, QA, cycle count, shipping, and packing of customer orders, etc.
Also will identify stains in fabrics, determine the best spotting procedure based on type of fabric and nature of stain, and then apply chemical solutions to remove the stain and cleans fabric using vacuum or air-hose.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate :
- Perform warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, laundry, returns, QA, cycle count, shipping, and packing of customer orders, QA Inspections, Spotting & Finishing, etc.
- Pays close attention to detail
- Maintain / exceed productivity standards
- Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility

- Uses scanning devices
- Performs a variety of tasks
- Other jobs and duties as assigned
Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required :
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Works well under pressure and time constraints
- Dependable, works with a sense of urgency
Physical Requirements :
- Stand / walk for an extended time period
- Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 55 pounds
- Operate warehouse equipment as required for position (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) which requires coordinated movements
