Role Summary
URBN is looking for a Product Development Intern to join us for the Summer. The PD Intern will support the daily operational functions of the Product Development and Sourcing teams in all aspects of product development.

The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/1 through 8/7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.
Summer Internship Program Application Process:
Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd 2025.
Role Responsibilities
- Aid in analyzing design/development line plans & report workflow needs
- Coordinate, assign, and schedule appropriate meetings, according to development calendar
- Assist with sample and fabric organization/management
Role Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Skills required
- Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks
- Strong relationship and communication skills
- Attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Interest in Multi-Modal AI, active and emerging digital tools, and fashion-tech crossover space
- Majors to consider: Fash-Tech, Computer Science, Merchandising, Sourcing, Apparel Studies or other related fields
