Role Summary
URBN is looking for a Social Responsibility Intern to join us for the Summer. This intern will focus on supporting Supply Chain Transparency, Social Responsibility auditing and Product Mapping.

The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/1 through 8/7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.
Summer Internship Program Application Process:
Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd 2025.
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting Supply Chain Mapping for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Suppliers
- Reviewing Workplace Compliance Assessments
- Mapping product specific supply chains
- Supporting documentation requests to ensure no forced labor in the supply chain
- Providing feedback on social compliance audit process
Role Qualifications
- College courses in Social Compliance or Sustainability, preferred
- Auditing experience a plus
- Experience in retail setting (stores or corporate), preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of business software, preferred
- Intern will be based at the Philadelphia Navy Yard
