Role Responsibilities
- Audit cartons for Quality reporting.
- Work directly with OB Leadership to audit overages and shortages.
- Support OB team with uploading cartons via computer applications.
- Maintain login credentials and utilize all software applications necessary.
- Maintain high-level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails.
- Must be able to work around conveyor and clear obstructions.
- Utilize proactive problem-solving skills to answer auditing-related emails and provide excellent auditing service.
- All other duties assigned by the Supervisor and/or Manager.
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school degree or GED required
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving and reporting skills
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain acceptable attendance and m ust be able to work overtime as required
- Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
- Able to sit, stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift
- Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods
- Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes , and weights up to 50 pounds
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position ( i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements
