- Seasonal employment is a maximum of 90 days.
- Assist the Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in assigned departments.
- Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes.
- Flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities.
- Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.
- Maintain high-level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails.
- Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
- Works with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school degree or GED required
- Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving and reporting skills
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain acceptable attendance and m ust be able to work overtime as required
