Urban Outfitters is looking for a Beauty Buying Intern to join us for the Summer. This intern will focus on the Beauty Buying team and supporting our growing categories in the business. This person would support all buying functions related to Beauty.

Summer Internship Program Application Process
- Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. This is due at the time of your application submission.
- Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.
- Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.
Role Responsibilities
- Trend forecasting/research
- Sample management
- Data analysis/reviewing product performance
- Problem solving
- Cross divisional connection (sample information handover)
- Fashion/buying/merchandising major or strong understanding of Beauty Industry and trends
- Proficient in: Excel, Microsoft Office/Outlook, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Docs
- Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Retail math proficiency
- Excellent team work & creative problem solving skills
- Retail experience preferred
