Role Responsibilities
- Manage the PDP turnover process through sample tracking and organization
- Identifies areas of opportunity for improvements in the turnover process and takes action
- Manages the Studio Sample Coordinator and their growth
- Partners with Creative Direction, Styling, and Production teams to create and maintain efficiencies
- Acts as a resource to Buying team members for all things operations within the PDP shoot process
- Provides internal and cross functional partners with detailed reports
- Supports the Creative Director and Styling Director through sample organization and operational processes
- Exhibits awareness of communication or process breakdowns and problem-solves or leverages resources to find a solution
