As a group fitness instructor, your role is critical in engaging our residents and helping them to meet their fitness goals. As a group fitness instructor, you will lead residents through fun and engaging running and endurance routines as well as strength and HIIT fitness segments.

To create demanding and engaging running and endurance fitness programs as well as HIIT strength and conditioning programs to challenge our residents to meet their fitness goals. Maintain high energy levels and provide best-in-class customer service to our residents.

What You’ll Do
- Ensure residents’ safety is in focus at all times
- Support the development and delivery of fitness programs
- Assist members in reaching goals
- Assist in maintaining and improving the goals of the organization
- Monitor equipment to ensure it maintains its quality
- Track and maintain resident and program files
- Experienced, passionate, and energetic classes
- Creating programs for HIIT, Bootcamp, and core conditioning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-driven focus on resident experience and satisfaction
- Group Fitness Instructor certification with running
- CPR/First Aid certification
- RRCA Certification is a plus!
Salary : $60
