Role Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple departments and time zones, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support sourcing efforts by helping identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, background checks, and onboarding materials as needed.
- Track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status) and assist with reporting to key stakeholders.
- Help organize and support recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate the overall hiring experience.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) a plus.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
