Seasonal Distribution Operations Specialist

• Inbound/Outbound Flow: Receive product, pick orders, pack securely, and prepare shipments
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all guidelines and procedures without exception
• Teamwork & Independence: Contribute respectfully in group settings; execute solo tasks confidently
• Process Discipline: Adhere to work instructions to consistently hit productivity and quality goals
• Tech-Enabled Work: Operate RF scanners, desktop computers, and touchscreens effectively
• Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Other Duties: Complete additional assignments as directed by operational leadership

• Age 18 (required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Background in warehousing or manufacturing is a plus
• Clear communication and the ability to follow written/verbal instructions
• Comfort with RF scanners, computers, and touch interfaces
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when required

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Capability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl for extended periods
• Reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Operate warehouse tools and equipment safely (pallet jack, box cutter, carts)

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Positive attitude, motivated, and respectful of others

Seasonal Duration: Maximum of 90 days.
