As the HR & Talent Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us scale with excellence! Your core focus will be recruiting and hiring, from sourcing to scheduling, while also supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations, employee communications, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Source, screen, and coordinate outreach to qualified candidates
- Manage job postings and updates through our ATS (JazzHR)
- Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and keep hiring managers aligned
- Build strong candidate pipelines for RDAs, Office Managers, Hygienists, Treatment Planners, and more
- Ensure a consistent and engaging candidate experience
- Assist with onboarding packets, background checks, and I-9 compliance
- Maintain employee records and support HRIS updates
- Will soon help manage shared HR inbox, responding to employee inquiries (W-4s, address changes, payroll questions, etc.)
- Contribute to internal process improvements, data entry, and compliance
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HR Director
- 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or people operations
- Passion for recruiting and connecting people to meaningful roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy mindset (JazzHR, Gusto, or similar tools a plus)
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a mission-led HR team
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-location environments is a bonus
