UrbanTech made a name for itself within the industry working with contractors to help build and repair some of the region's vital transportation infrastructure.
UrbanTech is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our growing team as a project manager to participate in the design of transportation and building projects. Job duties will include direct communication with the client, developing preliminary schemes, directing a design team to develop construction documents, controlling budget and schedule, construction administration, and business development in the form of proposal writing. Applicant shall be a registered professional engineers in New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania with experience working as the contractor’s structural engineer on critical infrastructure projects. Design and implementation experience in temporary works, construction sequencing, support of excavation, crane pick planning and rigging, and/or accelerated bridge construction is required. The ideal hire will immediately lead a team of skilled engineers to produce economic solutions in some of today's most challenging construction environments. Strong analytical and drafting skills preferred. Years of experience in the construction industry will be considered.
