Patient and employee safety is one of the top priorities at Urbaniak Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa! We are currently seeking a candidate with exceptional customer service to join our team as a Medical Assistant. We are committed to providing the best experience and care for our patients.

Duties to include:

• Assisting physician and other providers in providing quality care to patients
• Maintain patients' medical records
• Review medical history
• Obtain appropriate consents
• Perform patient call backs
• Checking patients In and Out
• Rooming patients and prepare them for the provider
• Sanitizing and cleaning respective areas as needed
• Keep rooms cleaned and organized
• Scan patient charts

Qualifications include:

• Customer service experience required
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to learn and understand medical terminology and vital signs
• At least one year of Dermatology/Plastic Surgery or Medical Spa experience preferred but not required
• MA certificate of completion/diploma from medical vocational program preferred
