Our Client is looking for a Full-Time Sales Assistant / Merchant – Seasonal Consumer Products
Our client is a leading player in the seasonal décor and novelty space, designing and delivering private-label Halloween and Christmas products to virtually every major retail channel in North America: big-box, grocery, drug, mass, and specialty.
We’re looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Sales Assistant to join their tight-knit team and help our sales organization run like a well-oiled machine.
You’ll be the glue that keeps everything moving:
- Building sharp PowerPoints and Excel trackers that actually get used
- Diving into margin analysis, competitive research, and seasonal trend reports
- Managing sample shipments, PO follow-ups, and shipping updates
- Taking meticulous notes in customer and internal meetings
- Coordinating travel and cross-functional projects
You’re the right fit if:
- You’re early in your career (Assoc. degree 2 years of admin/sales support experience is perfect)
- You’re a power user of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- You thrive in organized chaos and reprioritize on the fly without breaking a sweat
- You have (or want to build) a solid understanding of tariffs, costing, and retail math
