Purpose
The Content Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring product-related information is accurate, organized, and delivered on time across US teams and teams abroad. This position supports the Operations Manager of Inventory and works closely with Customer Experience (CX), Operations, and global manufacturing partners to meet communication deadlines and maintain consistency in product content and documentation. The ideal candidate takes the initiative, manages multiple priorities, and contributes directly to improving how information is shared throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a mindset for continuous process improvement. This person will assist with providing feedback and information content creation for product instruction manuals and color copy for website listings. They will also serve as a communication hub for responding to product and functionality questions.

Responsibilities
- Revise, edit, and offer written content for instruction manuals and technical documents for all products sold.
- Write and refine color copy and descriptions for parts and products listed on the company website.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience (CX) team to field and resolve product functionality questions, especially related to animatronic parts.
- Coordinate with overseas and domestic partners to maintain accuracy and consistency in product communications.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement in content management to streamline the sharing of workflows.
- Assist in maintaining organized documentation related to parts, product specifications, and instructional assets.
- Support the Operations and Inventory teams by ensuring all materials are current and accessible.
- Contribute to cross-department initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience and internal communication efficiency.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for clarity and tone.
- Experience writing and/or editing product manuals, website copy, or technical documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with content management systems.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative and proactive; comfortable working virtually with global partners.
- Mindset for continuous improvement and enthusiasm for process development.
- Familiarity with consumer products—especially seasonal or decorative items—is a plus.
- Legal permission to work in the United States.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Operations Manager of Inventory and collaborates closely with the Customer Experience and Global Operations teams.
