- Assist with general service-related questions

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center support
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working on computers, systems, and online tools (tech-savvy)
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow structured procedures and guidelines
