What You'll Do
- Greet every guest with a warm, genuine smile and make them feel at home
- Take orders accurately and efficiently — in person and at the register
- Answer menu questions and help guests find their new favorite thing to eat
- Handle transactions with care and accuracy
- Keep your station clean, organized and guest-ready at all times
- Support the team and jump in wherever you're needed

What You Bring
- A naturally friendly, upbeat personality
- Great communication skills and a love for guest interaction
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Prior cashier or guest service experience a plus — but we'll train the right person!

Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada — and more on the way. Every day, we make our focaccia dough from scratch and bake it fresh in open-hearth ovens, right in front of our guests.
