We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our Special Projects team, focusing on tenant upfits and fast-paced interiors work. You'll support project managers with submittals, procurement, and administrative coordination - playing a key role in helping projects run smoothly from kickoff to closeout.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with project administration, submittals, and document tracking
- Coordinate procurement and manage material logistics
- Support communication with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Help ensure deadlines and quality standards are met across multiple jobs
What We're Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and "figure it out" mindset - attitude is everything
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, ideally on interiors or special projects
- Background as a Project Engineer at a GC or construction firm is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar platforms a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

- Annual salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, plus a BONUS.
