Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Architect and/or Project Manager, based in Memphis, TN. The role involves managing design processes, leading project teams, and overseeing project development from conception to completion. Responsibilities include the design and coordination of building projects utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to develop project documentation. Collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and clients is a critical part of the role, alongside maintaining deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design and Revit to develop accurate project designs
- Experience in Project Management, including managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with handling Submittals and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Licensed or nearing licensure as an Architect is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field is
