Role Overview
Urban Youth Park is a multi-state, multi-location youth development business that is scaling quickly. We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our founder with administrative tasks, paperwork, coordination, and day-to-day support that keeps both business and personal logistics running smoothly.
This role is about execution, organization, follow-through, and initiative. You’ll receive clear priorities and systems, but we’re also looking for someone who is comfortable figuring things out independently and communicating when guidance is needed.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a growing business operates, while still working part-time with a flexible, semi-remote schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Organization
- File, organize, and maintain digital and physical documents
- Handle mail (sorting, scanning, filing, follow-ups)
- Track and manage renewals (licenses, insurance, registrations)
- Submit forms and paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain organized records for multiple gym locations and entities
Billing & Paperwork Support
- Pay invoices and manage billing
- Assist with gathering and submitting documents for banks, loans, and funding
- Help organize financial paperwork and reports
- Assist with routine compliance filings and documentation (training provided)
- Support chargeback responses and administrative follow-ups
Scheduling & Coordination
- Assist with scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments
- Book flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Help coordinate workshops, events, and gym-related travel
- Track deadlines and send reminders
Personal & Executive Support
- Assist with personal administrative tasks as needed
- Order supplies, uniforms, and materials
- Help manage lists, reminders, and logistics
- Support special projects as assigned

Compensation
