Role Description
The Client Experience Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Lancaster, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. Daily tasks include assisting customers with inquiries, providing service recommendations, addressing concerns, managing appointments, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. You will also be a key liaison between clients and the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
