What You'll Do:

As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility's production processes. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing various aspects of production, from garment intake to final inspection and packaging. Additionally, you will uphold our company's quality standards, foster a positive work environment, and lead by example to cultivate a culture centered on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production operations, including garment intake, sorting, cleaning, spotting, pressing, inspection, assembly of orders, and bagging of garments.
• Ensure that all production processes adhere to company quality standards and guidelines, striving for excellence in every aspect of garment handling and processing.
• Lead and motivate production team members to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional results.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in garment care and customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to streamline workflow and resolve any operational issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation of production activities, including invoicing and order tracking.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment for all employees.
• Foster a supportive work culture characterized by teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.
• Lead by example in demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.

What We'll Love About You:

• Proven experience in production management or a similar role, preferably in the garment care industry.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of garment care processes and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Office and production management software.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
