Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Eden Prairie, MN. The Occupational Therapist will provide individualized therapy services to children and adolescents to support their development and functional independence. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, designing and implementing therapeutic treatment plans, collaborating with families and caregivers, and documenting progress. The role requires expertise in occupational therapy practices, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a passion for working with pediatric clients.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of therapeutic approaches relevant to pediatric populations
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting, with a focus on developmental needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Minnesota
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
