Freelance Graphic Designer

Urban Sophistication is looking for a graphic designer who lives at the intersection of fashion, culture, and storytelling. You’ll help bring our brand vision to life across digital, print, and product—working closely with our Creative Director.

Location Requirement: You must be based in or willing to relocate to Palo Alto to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets across channels: email, social, packaging, retail, and OOH
• Build moodboards and visual concepts that translate into cohesive seasonal campaigns and product graphics
• Create detailed tech packs with specifications and techniques for each artwork
• Prepare production-ready files and manage handoffs to vendors and manufacturers
• Collaborate with the product team on graphics for apparel and accessories
• Support brand storytelling moments—from influencer kits to pop-up activations
• Maintain organized project libraries by season and concept

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant graphic design experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Technical knowledge of executing graphics on apparel
• Understanding of the fashion and culture consumer landscape
• Ability to manage projects from concept to delivery
• Experience working on a fast-paced, lean team is a plus
