About UrbanShift
Urban Shift Relocation Services (UrbanShift) manages one of the hardest parts of redevelopment. We focus on relocating residents during construction with transparency and respect, so households are supported through every step of the process.
We work on projects in New York City and the surrounding region, partnering with developers, housing agencies, and nonprofits. Our projects are hands-on and detail driven. The work includes meeting with residents, explaining required notices and other documentation, coordinating moves, and managing vendors, schedules, and budgets.
We’re looking for steady, resident-centered team members who can support households through stressful transitions while keeping projects on track. If you’re organized, people-focused, and steady under pressure, this is a place where your work will have a direct impact on households and communities.
