Custodial Worker Needed
Summary:
Keep buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, removing trash and notifying management of any needed repairs.
Duties Include but Not Limited To:
1) Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
2) Gather and empty trash.
3) Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
4) Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
5) Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
6) Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
7) Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
8) Clean and polish furniture, stainless steel and fixtures.
9) Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
10) Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
11) Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
12) Clean and restore building interiors damaged by fire, smoke, or water, using commercial cleaning equipment.
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available (3rd Shift).
Located at the Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport Car Rental Center.
Must have prior experience.
Must be able to pass a background check and have verifiable references.
Compensation is up to $16.50/hr. plus Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation and Holidays, and 401k available.
