Job Title: Maintenance & Repair Manager

Location: Miami, FL

Reports To: Director of Operations

Position Summary:

The Maintenance & Repair Manager oversees all maintenance operations across the property portfolio. This role ensures properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with regulations while managing maintenance staff, vendors, budgets, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and repair activities across multiple properties
• Manage and schedule in-house technicians and third-party vendors
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify repair needs and preventative maintenance opportunities
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
• Oversee work order systems and ensure timely completion of service requests
• Manage maintenance budgets, approve invoices, and control costs
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and building regulations
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management
• 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
• Relevant certifications (HVAC, EPA, contractor license, etc.) preferred
