As a Customer Service Team Member, you will play an important role in representing our clients in the community while helping customers feel informed, supported, and valued.
Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Speak with community members face-to-face to provide information about available services, products, and promotions
- Answer customer questions clearly and help resolve concerns in a respectful and timely manner
- Build positive relationships with customers by delivering helpful and friendly service
- Guide customers through service or enrollment steps when needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activity
- Support community outreach efforts and participate in local events and customer engagement initiatives
- Work closely with other Customer Service Team Member colleagues to create a strong team atmosphere
- Help ensure customers have a positive experience from initial interaction through follow-up support
Customer Service Team Member Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and community members face-to-face
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support others
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, community outreach, or another customer-facing role is a plus

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
