Role Description
This is a part-time on-site position for a Front Counter Associate at our Kings Hwy Brooklyn, NY location. As a Front Counter Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them warmly and ensuring a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, operating the register, maintaining a clean and inviting workspace, handling inquiries, and supporting the team with basic administrative and receptionist tasks. Providing outstanding customer service will be a key priority in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide excellent service and build positive customer relationships
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette for handling inquiries and managing front-desk responsibilities
- Basic Computer Literacy to manage point-of-sale systems and handle digital tasks as required
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a friendly, positive attitude
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
