Overview
Urban Pizza Bangor is hiring friendly, outgoing, and reliable Front of House team members. This role is a mix of cashier work, reheating slices, managing the slice bar, helping guests, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Ring in orders, handle payments, and provide great customer service
- Reheat pizza slices maintain the slice bar during service
- Package to-go orders quickly and accurately
- Keep FOH, slice bar, and drink station clean and organized
- Support the team with restocking, prepping simple FOH items, and general tasks
- Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude during busy rushes
- Be comfortable filming social media content (talking on camera, behind-the-scenes clips, etc.)
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation punctuality
- Comfortable learning POS systems
- Willingness to help wherever needed
- Comfortable being on camera for social media content
- Previous restaurant or coffee shop experience is a plus, but not required
