Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced program coordinator to join our Workforce Development Division. In this role, the program coordinator will provide program support across the division to improve the overall planning, implementation, and operations of programs.
- Will maintain a centralized data base of all program information (new and existing) and their status to include grants, contracts, MOUs, etc.
- Will develop and maintain a division calendar to track all training, events, reporting, etc.
- Will support the development of program marketing materials as deemed appropriate
- Will develop forms and tools as needed
- Serves as the liaison with the internal team and external partners in the coordination of division programs and activities
- Data management (recordkeeping, files, and reporting)
- Provide some backup to the data specialist
- Order and maintain department resources needed for the program
- Processes monthly invoices; track budget information as deemed appropriate
- Provide support to the Senior Director
- Ensures all work aligns with ULGA’s Core Monitoring Performance Framework
- Ensure all works aligns with the FEERC Integrated Model
Required Experience, Skills and Competencies
- Must have the ability to understand and communicate the mission, vision, and goals of ULGA and the Workforce Division
- Previous experience and knowledge of program coordination
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to plan and successfully coordinate events
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent skills in developing PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Excellent administrative office skills, and competencies
- Ability to develop and administer surveys
- Ability to multitask

Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Non-profit program coordination (3-5 years)'
- Returing to office May 1
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
