Job Description
Urban Infraconstruction is seeking a Laborer to join our Water Resources Operations Team. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, materials, and work areas.
- Lift, carry, and handle construction materials, tools, and supplies.
- Perform routine non-machine tasks, including removing forms, filling excavations, placing pipe sections in trenches, and assembling pipe.
- Assist with machine-related tasks such as compacting soil, operating a jackhammer, and supporting pipe fusion activities.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and safely implement construction plans.
- Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and jobsite procedures.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Previous construction or heavy civil experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and participate in company-provided training.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background clearance.
- Must possess reliable transportation and own a vehicle to travel to assigned jobsites.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
