Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport heavy and oversized equipment to job sites and yards
- Load and unload equipment using proper securement techniques (chains, binders, straps)
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Coordinate with dispatch, project teams, and field crews on delivery schedules
- Identify and report maintenance issues with truck or trailer
- Valid CDL Class A license (required)
- 2 years of experience hauling heavy equipment or oversized loads
- Experience operating lowboy, flatbed, or specialized trailers
- Ability to safely load and unload construction equipment
- Clean driving record
