We are currently hiring a part time bilingual English/Spanish Medical Scribe/MA to work in our Bronx-based family medicine practice.

Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule:
Onsite in the Bronx, 24 hour shift between Monday - Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Position Summary

Key Duties
- Prepares exam rooms, equipment, and assists with clinical procedures
- Medical Scribe for specialist during visits
- Obtain prior authorization for ENT testing
- Takes patients' vital signs and records it in chart
- Document patients treatment plan in EHR
- Reviews patient's chart
- Support for projects as determined by supervisor
- Medical Assistant Certificate/Training School and National Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
- Bilingual Spanish/English required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Computer literacy.
- Responsible individual who genuinely wants to support our patients.
