Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced Lead Climber, Second Climber, Certified Arborist, Climbing Arborist, or Tree Climber to join our pruning crew.
This is an opportunity to work year-round on high-quality residential and urban trees — with no cleanup duties or side tasks.
Crew Focus: 80% pruning / 20% small removals
You’ll perform:
- Fine pruning and structural pruning
- Crown thinning, reduction, and clearance pruning
- Small-scale removals where necessary

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of climbing experience
- Minimum 3 years of tree service or pruning experience
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record for the past 3 years - REQUIRED
- ISA Certified Arborist (or able to obtain within 6 months)
