Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing and appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Use hand tools and power tools for painting, plumbing repairs, and general facility upkeep.
- Maintain building interior spaces through painting, drywall repairs, and facilities maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose issues with plumbing systems; perform repairs or replacements as needed to prevent leaks or failures.
- Lead small maintenance projects or assist in larger repair initiatives while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities equipment maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance and repair.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools.
- Basic leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to perform residential painting and general building interior maintenance tasks effectively.
